The Millennium Green is a well loved and well used but we do need to cover our costs (e.g. insurance, playground maintenance, grass cutting and tree safety work). The Charity relies on volunteer days to help with weeding and other maintenance alongside a grant from the parish council, regular donations from the community and fundraising events. We hold a popular quiz and auction event each year in the village hall.
There are a number of ways you can help the Millennium Green Trust both financially as well as hands on.
Donate – to support the Trust through one-off or regular donations through our secure CAF (Charities Aid Foundation) page. Your donation can include Gift Aid which allows the Trust to claim back 25p for every £1 donated.
