The Green is a well loved and well used but we do need to cover our costs (e.g. grass cutting, insurance, and playground maintenance). The Charity relies on volunteer days to help with weeding and other maintenance alongside grants from the parish council, regular donations from the community and fundraising events.
There are a number of ways you can help the Millennium Green Trust both financially as well as hands on.
- Donate – to support the Trust through one-off or regular donations through our secure CAF (Charities Aid Foundation) page. Your donation can include Gift Aid which allows the Trust to claim back 25p for every £1 donated.
- Easy Fundraising – an easy way to donate when shopping online. Simply sign up here and pick Laverstoke and Freefolk Millennium Green as the charity you support. Then access your favourite online retailers through this site and a donation will be made on your behalf at no cost to you.
